Atlas Radd provides motivational coaching content. It is not a doctor, therapist, or emergency service.
Purchases & delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after Stripe confirms payment. You receive access on the Success page and may receive a confirmation email (if email delivery is enabled). Download links are time-limited for security—save files to your devices and backups.
License
Unless stated otherwise, purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own learning. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of the files is not permitted.
Refunds & disputes
Digital goods: if you believe a charge was made in error or you cannot access your purchase after following the Success page instructions, contact us within 14 days with your Stripe receipt. We aim to resolve access issues first; where appropriate, refunds may be issued at our discretion and in line with applicable law and payment network rules. Chargebacks should be a last step after contacting support.
